PUCO Nominations in Process

PUCO Nominating Council to meet February 6
COLUMBUS, OHIO (Feb. 5, 2008)

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) Nominating Council will meet Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2008 at 8:45 a.m. to interview applicants for the position of commissioner.

The meeting will take place in Hearing Room 11-E at the PUCO offices, 180 E. Broad St., Columbus.

The council will be recommending to the governor four candidates to fill the commissioner term commencing April 11, 2008.

After a public session, the Nominating Council will go into executive session pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code to interview candidates.
